Wolfman's got nards!
Brendan's recent purchase of the Garbage Pail Kids Movie brought back some delightful memories from my youth...mainly that when I had that movie on beta (ahhh...beta) it was followed by another classic, The Monster Squad. Am I the only person who ever saw this movie? If you find a copy of this, watch it...then lend it to me so I can make a copy. Kids battling monsters who want to rule the world with a magical amulet = comedy gold!

hollerback girl
if i stick my head far enough out the window and look left...this (ABOVE)(minus the 'frame' around the picture off course) is what i see. i have no idea why the swords are there, just hanging out in the rocks outside my apartment, i am sure that there might be an inscription somewhere...but oh why bother, much more fun to just make up a story.....to the right (still out the window) there is some sort of military camp with lots of kids in uniforms, that make tons of noise in the morning, and at night, pretty much all the time i would say....sometimes i wonder if the boys in uniform and the swords are connected, and then i give up, i know this is boring, but i will think of something fun once i do something fun, that is not hanging out the window to an empty apartment, miles and miles from everyone i know...ok stike that comment, that just sounds sad, ok my first real class that is not orientation starts tomorrow! YAY,
have a wonderful day peeps!

HOLA, i am back to posting…well sort of…... not an extreme amount has happen since i left you guys, i flew back tuesday and have pretty much run around with my head cut off ever since, trying to get everything organized in my life, as it turns out that’s not possible so i am letting my mom do it for me….so yeah well i just wanted to let you guys know that tomorrow i am moving to this town .....
it is called stavanger, and it is nice and little, pretty much the same size as guelph!....unlike guelph it is a six hour boat ride from my parents or a half hour flight, seriously cutting back on the buffer zone! anyway this was the only picture that i could find that was half decent, but lets hope that it is nice, i have never been, so i am crossing my fingers, I am mostly worried that there will be nothing to do, oh and the not knowing anyone,….mmm, yeah it think that is it,…….have a nice week people, lots of early arriving fun!

you might have laughed if i told you
this is my farewell to you all speech, but really it does not at all feel like it, because, mmm i will still be around, on the other side of the globe sure, but still close on the internets, and so, it might feel as thought i never left, i shall be posting, i am sure a new university and a new town will be full of blogworthy experiences…..
the zoo, was fun, i went hunting for hidden animal talents, though i have it on good authority from the lion keeper, that lions don’t play the banjo, and rhinos don’t knit, there are other animals with hobbies, did you know that elephants are quite talented when it comes to painting? regular picassos these things are, and the giraffes where not at all evil, quite cute i dare say, and otters don’t get me started, they will soon take over the world…, i think it is in the bible somewhere!
so yeah, i just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful goodbye bonanza on thursday, it was awesome, and i am proud that i did not cry until i got home, and liv appropriately rolled her eyes at me,…the pizza/cupcake wonderland and all the gifts and such what can i say, you people are THE BEST, to bad the facilitators could not come…..maybe next time…, all of you are fabulous people, never let anyone tell you otherwise, because they will have to deal with me, and i can be very sly if i have too….i bet you did not know that!
also i am posting a humongous picture of myself so you never forget me, or as proof that you knew me, when the deportation authorities come to check if i am really gone, (bastards).
oh AND remember if you ever find yourself in a murky bar in wales, penniless in paris, drunk in amsterdam, or just on a sleepless night by st. stephen's green, i am always somewhere close by, (not in a creepy way) remember you can always come and crash at my place in the norse lands, and we can go check out the viking museum, somewhat of a treat i know!

wow, so i just had another canadarific excitement shindig happen to me, and no it was not at the zoo, maya just got attacked by a skunk …yes, yes, one of the ones i have been feeding, i am not sure if it was peter, paul or mary, but oh man, my whole house has a foul odor, actually it is not only my apartment, but the whole building, oh and i think i draged the stench with me in to the ultra, hunting for a remedy, it still stinks and i have no idea how to make it go away….i guess when you play with the enemy this is bound to happen, needless to say all plans of taking one with me back home are now cancelled, they are evil critters people, learn from my ignorance
